Jon Stewart & Bill Maher Are Simply Brilliant!


Some weekend humor with a serious twist. A buddy of mine sent me a video of Jon Stewart eviscerating CNBC and Rick Santelli. It is simply brilliant (click on this Comedy Network link to watch it).

Makes we wonder how long before CEOs of pension funds appear on CNBC telling us "everything is fine because we invest for the long-run".

[Note: CNBC is owned by GE, the conglomerate that is run like a bad bank. GE's shares are hitting multi-year lows, but CNBC has shied away from covering their performance in detail.]

Another brilliant commentary was Bill Maher's "New Rules" from February 20th, 2009 (click on video below to watch). I like his idea on dealing with greedy Wall Street crooks who caused the banking crisis.
