It didn't take Michael Sabia long to shake up the ranks at the Caisse, Canada's largest fund manager. In an executive and organizational shake-up unveiled Thursday, Michael Sabia tapped Susan Kudzman to become the investment giant's chief risk officer and doubled the ranks of the risk management division.
